The hotel's location is ideal, just a short 5-minute walk from East Croydon rail station. It is surrounded by a variety of shops in the area.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was only a short walk to the nearest rail station, providing easy access to London.
The noise isolation in the rooms. I could hear conversations and movements from the neighboring rooms, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's very close to both the City centre and train station. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The service was top-notch, and the lady at reception was always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic selection of hot and continental dishes. We especially loved the fresh fruit and waffles.
The lighting in the room could have been better. Despite this, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on a budget.
